Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and changes

You may cancel or change a booking before performance starts by emailing contact@ecoproductt.com or calling +380 983 903 2700. Cancellation takes effect when we confirm it in writing. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, we refund amounts paid less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred and disclosed. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start or after performance begins, we may retain the price for work performed and committed costs, and refund the balance.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we confirm the refund. We do not refund completed services or amounts clearly marked non-refundable before purchase, except where the law requires. If we cancel or cannot perform, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling.

Claims and dispute resolution

Send complaints to contact@ecoproductt.com or by post to the address above. Include your name, contact details, order number, date and description. We acknowledge claims within 3 business days and respond within 30 calendar days. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to the courts of Ukraine. This policy follows Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' (10.06.2023) and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' (03.09.2015). Personal data in requests is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3835-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' (25.06.2024).
