Package and price
The offer lists included accommodation, transport, activities and meals, plus total price, currency and payment schedule before confirmation. Claims are accurate and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' (03.07.1996).
Hostel room
Unless stated otherwise, accommodation is a shared hostel dormitory bed with bed linen. Private rooms, towels, breakfast, city tax and optional excursions are excluded unless expressly included.
Transport
The offer states carrier, route, departure point and time. Transfers are included only when listed. Missed departures, excess baggage and seat upgrades are at your cost.
Mandatory extras
Any mandatory extra and amount is shown before checkout. The total price excludes travel insurance, visa and entry fees, meals not listed, personal expenses and locally payable items.
Insolvency protection
Where Ukrainian law requires insolvency protection for the package, we provide it and state details in the offer. If no statement appears, statutory insolvency cover is not included.
Insurance and documents
You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, entry permits and health documents. Travel insurance for medical costs, cancellation and repatriation is recommended and is not included unless stated.

We apply Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' (10.06.2023) and Law of Ukraine No. 3835-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' (25.06.2024).
