2. Eligibility and age
You must be 18 or older to book. Travellers aged 16–17 may join only with written consent from a parent or guardian and where the programme allows it. Student, youth or discounted prices require valid proof of status, shown before departure; otherwise the price difference may be charged. Booking for a group requires the group's authority, and all details you give must be accurate.
3. Website use
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, extract data from it or misuse its content. All texts, images and marks on the site belong to us or our licensors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Prices, payment and confirmation
Prices are shown per person in the stated currency, with included and excluded items listed, and the total payable, including mandatory fees, is displayed before payment. All price and service claims are accurate and substantiated in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR “On Advertising” (03.07.1996). A booking is confirmed only by our written confirmation after payment. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before confirmation.
5. Our status and unguided free time
Where an offer says so, we act as a tour operator or travel agent in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR “On Tourism” (15.09.1995). Some periods are unguided free time: during them you act independently, without supervision, and are responsible for your own safety, timing and meeting points. Follow the schedule and instructions given by the group leader.
6. Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for valid travel documents, insurance, health requirements, your belongings and compliance with local law. Misconduct that endangers others may end your participation without refund.
7. Claims and disputes
Send a claim to contact@ecoproductt.com with your booking reference and evidence. We handle claims within the procedure and periods set by the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX “On Consumer Protection” (10.06.2023). Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
8. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine No. 3835-IX “On Personal Data Protection” (25.06.2024). Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent. Details and your rights are in the Privacy Policy.
