Weekend city breaks from Kyiv to Kraków, Budapest and Vienna. Hostel and transport are included, free time is built in, and the price per person is the price you pay.

03 — Booking steps
Four steps between picking a route and boarding the coach. The total per person is fixed when the deposit lands, and it covers the dorm bed and the transport leg.
Pay €60 per person to hold a seat on the route. The deposit is deducted from the total per person, never added on top.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure. Card transfer details sit in the deposit receipt. After the deadline the seat returns to the departure board.
Within 24 hours of the balance clearing we send the confirmation: route code, departure and arrival stations, hostel name, dorm bed type and count, reception hours, and walking distance from the station.
48 hours before departure you get the meeting point inside the station, the departure time, locker and refundable deposit notes for the hostel, and the free-time rule in writing.
Free time is unguided. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions during free time. Meeting times for organised parts are fixed and listed in your confirmation.

04 — Hostel verification
Our route team sleeps in every property before it goes on sale and walks the way from the station to the door. If one of these five checks fails, the hostel is dropped rather than downgraded.
We record how many beds share the room and whether it is mixed or female-only, where the property confirms it. Bunk size and ladder access are written on the trip stub.
VerifiedWalking distance and time from the station platform to reception are measured on foot, with the tram stop named if the walk exceeds 15 minutes.
VerifiedLate arrivals are common on night departures, so the desk must stay staffed past 23:00 or provide a documented key code for the exact arrival window.
VerifiedEach bed must have a lockable locker, and the refundable deposit amount and currency are listed beside the price so nobody is caught at check-in.
VerifiedWe read the last three months of reviews, not the lifetime score, and reject properties that slip on cleanliness or noise complaints.

05 · Free Time Rules
Each route has one organised block: transport, hostel check-in and the walk-in briefing. Everything outside that block is your own time. No guide, coordinator or local representative comes with you, and no schedule is enforced. Free time is unguided. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions, including your return to the hostel and to the departure station.
Museums, food, day trips, sleep. We do not book activities inside the free block and we do not send a guide along with you.
Reception hours and the group return time are printed on your route sheet. If you miss the return leg, it is not held for you.
Travel and medical cover for the free block is your responsibility. Carry your policy number and the local emergency line.
Quiet hours, lockers and the refundable deposit are set by the hostel, not by us. Damaged keys or property are settled directly at the desk.
Share your evening plan in the group chat before you leave. If you get separated, the meeting point on the route sheet is the fallback.
